International Migrants Alliance:
“From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will Be Free!”

On this second year of the Al-Aqsa Flood, we stand in unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people who continue to resist 77 years of Zionist occupation, genocide, and apartheid. Since 1948, the Nakba has never ended; it lives on in the daily suffering of millions of Palestinians who endure displacement, blockade, starvation, and relentless bombing. In Gaza, entire generations have been wiped out. Over 66,000 Palestinians have been killed since October 7, 2023, and thousands more remain buried beneath the rubble. Children are starving to death due the  famine caused by the Zionist military siege, families are forced to drink polluted water, and hospitals lie in ruins.

This genocide continues because of U.S. imperialism, the empire that arms, funds, and shields the Zionist state of Israel. Washington supplies billions of dollars in missiles  that rain down on Gaza, vetoes every attempt at accountability in the United Nations, and uses its  global propaganda machinery to justify mass murder in the name of “security.” The same U.S. that wages war in Palestine is the same U.S. waging war on the poor, migrants, and working people across the world. From the deserts of Gaza to the streets of New York and Los Angeles, the hands that bomb Palestine are the same hands that raid immigrant homes through ICE, detain refugees at borders, and deport workers who seek nothing more than dignity and survival. This is one and the same system of imperialist domination and repression.

The violence in Palestine under the horrified gaze  of the world and the disapproval of the United Nations, , has also driven a massive humanitarian catastrophe, with millions displaced and forced to flee their homeland, now among the growing number of refugees across the globe. Today, more than 7 million Palestinians live in exile, many trapped in camps across Lebanon, Jordan, and Syria, denied the right to return. Their plight mirrors that of countless refugees from wars waged by U.S.-led imperialism, from Iraq to Afghanistan, from Sudan to the Philippines.

We must resist U.S.-led wars and the expansion of imperialism across the Levant and beyond. Every bomb dropped on Gaza, every person  forced to leave their home and become a refugee, every migrant criminalized abroad is part of the same system that profits from war, plunder, and human misery. The people’s resistance, from Palestine to Latin America, from Africa to the Asia-Pacific, remains the strongest force against this global tyranny.

The struggle of the Palestinian people is not separate from the struggle of migrants, refugees, and displaced peoples everywhere. We share the same fight against occupation, exploitation, and imperialist aggression. Let this second year of the Al-Aqsa Flood remind us of our collective duty: to resist, to unite, and to strengthen our movements until the oppressors are defeated and the peoples of the world can live in peace, justice, and dignity.

Long live Palestinian resistance!
End U.S.-Israeli occupation and genocide!
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!
Long live international solidarity!
